Our Services
Ironclad Construction Co. is a licensed and insured general contractor (License #GC-84723-TX) providing commercial construction, residential construction, renovation, and related pre-construction and project management services. Information on this website describes our services in general terms and does not form part of any contract.
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any estimate or consultation we provide. Once a project is signed, the written construction contract governs the work and takes priority over these terms wherever they differ.
Estimates & Proposals
- Free estimates and consultations are provided without obligation.
- Estimates are based on the information, plans, and site conditions known at the time and are not a fixed price until confirmed in a signed proposal or contract.
- Written proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, because material and labor costs change.
- By uploading plans, photos, or documents, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us for estimating purposes.
Contracts & Payment
Work begins only after both parties sign a written contract that defines the scope, price, schedule, and payment terms. Projects are typically billed in progress payments tied to completed milestones, with any retainage released at final completion as set out in the contract.
Late payments may result in a pause of work and late charges as permitted by the contract and applicable law. We may file mechanic’s liens where the law allows to secure payment for completed work.
Change Orders
Any change to the agreed scope, materials, or schedule must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the work is performed. Change orders may adjust the contract price and completion date. Changes discussed verbally with crew members are not binding until documented.
Schedules & Delays
We work hard to meet every schedule we commit to. Completion dates may be extended for causes outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, material shortages or supplier delays, permit and inspection timing, owner-requested changes, concealed site conditions, and other events beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any delay and its expected impact.
Site Access & Safety
Active construction sites are hazardous. For your safety, owners, tenants, and visitors may enter the work area only when escorted by Ironclad personnel and wearing the required protective equipment. Owners agree to provide reasonable access to the site, utilities, and staging areas as described in the contract.
Permits & Codes
Unless the contract states otherwise, we obtain the building permits required for our scope of work and build to the applicable codes in effect at the time of permitting. Owners are responsible for any HOA, landlord, or private approvals, and for disclosing known site conditions such as easements, underground utilities, or environmental concerns.
Warranty
Our workmanship warranty and the manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are defined in your contract. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear, modifications by others, or failure to perform recommended maintenance. See our FAQ for an overview of our warranty coverage, or contact us to open a warranty request.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ironclad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from estimates provided before a contract is signed. Our responsibilities for contracted work, including insurance and indemnification, are limited to those set out in the signed contract.
Use of This Website

- Project descriptions, costs, and timelines are examples only and do not guarantee similar results for your project.
- You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or upload harmful files.
