How do I get started with Ironclad?

Simply request a free estimate on our website or call us directly. A project specialist will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a free consultation and site assessment at your convenience.

How long does it take to receive a project proposal?

For residential projects, we typically deliver a detailed written proposal within 5-7 business days after the site visit. Commercial projects may take 7-14 days depending on scope and complexity.

Are you licensed and insured in my state?

Yes. Ironclad holds active General Contractor licenses in Texas, California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and 7 additional states. We carry $10M commercial general liability, workers compensation, and umbrella coverage.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes. We partner with several construction lending institutions to offer competitive financing for both residential and commercial projects. Ask your project manager about current financing programs.

What warranty do you provide on your work?

All Ironclad projects come with a comprehensive warranty: 1 year on labor/craftsmanship, 2 years on MEP systems, and manufacturer warranties on all materials (typically 10-50 years). We also offer extended service plans.

How do you handle cost overruns?

We provide detailed fixed-price or guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contracts. Any out-of-scope changes are documented through a formal change order process with your written approval before work begins.

Can I see examples of similar projects?

Absolutely. Your project specialist will curate a portfolio of relevant comparable projects and, where possible, arrange site tours of recently completed Ironclad builds in your area.

How do you communicate progress during construction?

You receive a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact. They provide weekly written progress reports, photo updates, and milestone notifications throughout your entire project.
