One Harbor Center is a 16-story, 240,000 sq ft Class-A office tower situated in the heart of Downtown Houston's waterfront district. Ironclad served as the design-build general contractor on this landmark project, coordinating over 40 specialty subcontractors throughout a 28-month construction timeline.
The building achieved LEED Gold certification through a comprehensive sustainability strategy including rooftop solar arrays, greywater recycling, high-performance glazing, and an energy management system that reduced projected energy use by 38% compared to baseline.
